Plans

Paid plans renew automatically each month on the date you signed up until you cancel.

Launch-preview features

Some paid-plan features are still being built and are labeled "Launch preview" on our pricing page. If a feature your plan lists as active is not working, contact us and we will refund that month.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime through the contact form at /contact (choose "Cancel my plan"). Your paid features stay active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your listing then moves to the free Basic plan unless you ask us to remove it.

Refunds

Monthly payments are not refundable for partial months, except as described under "Launch-preview features," or where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Changing plans

To upgrade or downgrade, contact us. Upgrades start right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
