Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
By using ConnectAVendor.com you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
ConnectAVendor is a directory that connects people planning events with independent event vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a vendor. Vendors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, licensing, insurance or conduct of any vendor, or that any customer request will receive responses or bookings. Confirm details directly with the vendor before booking. Ratings shown from other websites are for reference and may change.
3. Customer responsibilities
Give accurate information in your requests. Any booking, payment or dispute is between you and the vendor.
4. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors must give accurate business information, hold any licenses and insurance their services require, and respond honestly to customers. We may edit, decline or remove any listing that is inaccurate, inappropriate or violates these terms.
5. Customer information received by vendors
Vendors may use customer contact information only to respond to that customer's request. Vendors may not sell it, share it, or add it to marketing lists.
6. Paid vendor plans
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. See our Subscription & Refund Policy at /subscription-policy.
7. Content you submit
You keep ownership of photos, descriptions and reviews you submit, and you give us permission to display them on ConnectAVendor to operate the directory. Do not submit content you don't have the right to use. Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, fake submissions, attempts to access the owner dashboard or other private areas, or anything unlawful.
9. Limitation of liability
ConnectAVendor is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, ConnectAVendor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from a customer's or vendor's services or conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
